A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based services, located in Easton, Maryland. This role focuses on providing therapeutic support within educational settings to help students achieve their developmental and functional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions tailored to student needs in school environments
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Evaluate student progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations and school policies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student-centered planning

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with standing to practice in Maryland
• Experience working as a school-based OT or familiarity with educational therapy settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage caseloads and maintain organized documentation
• Knowledge of current best practices in pediatric occupational therapy and school-based services
