Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Maryland

  • Patience, adaptability, and innovative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining detailed documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students referred for OT services
  • Design individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs and educational goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy sessions within school settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student engagement and inclusion
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district policies and documentation requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
