Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania, or ability to obtain
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families
• Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to meet diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ functional abilities and needs within the school environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ educational goals
• Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide direct therapy, consultative services, and staff training as needed
• Maintain compliance with state and district regulations and best practices
