What we’re looking for:
- Valid OT license in Minnesota, or eligibility
- Experience working in school-based, home health, teletherapy, or healthcare OT settings
- Familiarity with delivering services through push-in, pull-out, or consultative models
- Comfort working with K–8 populations, including students requiring behavioral and related services
- Ability to manage and document IEPs using SPED Forms
- Excellent communication skills for working with educators, families, and support teams
- Open to hybrid or fully remote service delivery models
Your responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions for students ages 5–14
- Collaborate closely with special education staff and families to design and implement IEP goals
- Deliver services flexibly: both in-person and remote/teletherapy options available
- Adapt interventions to meet a range of academic and behavioral needs in a charter school context
- Contribute to a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment to help every student thrive
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and case management using SPED Forms
