Occupational Therapist School Setting - Eden Prairie, MN

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license and school-based OT experience required
• Proven ability to support students with a variety of learning needs
• Reliable transportation to and from the assignment location
• Experience working with students receiving Setting IV special education services highly preferred
• Ability to work the set 20 hours per week, scheduled over five days
• Compliance with all onboarding processes and successful completion of a background check
• Positive professional references—especially if you’ve held previous school or district placements
• Flexibility to work within the academic calendar and the specified leave coverage dates
• Ready for seamless communication and documentation within the school setting

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Collaborate closely with educators, related service providers, and families
• Participate in necessary meetings and planning sessions
