Exciting contract opportunities are now available for skilled Occupational Therapists eager to make an impact in school settings near Eden Prairie, MN. With four positions open—ranging from short-term leave coverages to a full-year role—this is the perfect chance to support diverse students within specialized educational environments. Each opening offers unique experiences, supporting students who receive special education and Setting IV services.

Open Assignments:

  • 1 Leave of Absence, August 31–November 13, North Education Center, 32 hours/week, 4 days/week. Serve Setting IV special education students.
  • 1 Leave of Absence, September 21–January 4 (excluding winter break), South Education Center, 40 hours/week, 5 days/week. Support Setting IV special education students.
  • Full School Year, split between south metro district locations and Ann Bremner Education Center, 20 hours/week. Work with students ranging from various settings to Setting IV placements.
  • 1 Pending, full-time, awaiting district confirmation.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid, current Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota.
  • Demonstrated school-based OT experience required.
  • Ability to travel between sites with reliable transportation.
  • History of strong professional standing—especially if previously credentialed.
  • Success completing onboarding and background checks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to school schedules and assignment lengths.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with special education teams and teachers.
  • Maintain thorough case documentation and progress notes.
  • Facilitate student participation, functional performance, and access within academic settings.
