Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working as an OT–preferably in a school setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Familiarity with IEPs, evaluations, and multidisciplinary collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills to develop effective intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEP requirements
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and school staff to maximize student participation and success in the classroom
• Maintain clear, organized, and timely documentation for all interventions and progress
• Attend meetings and offer professional insight to multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress, adjust plans as necessary, and provide training or resources as appropriate
