Key Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license and eligibility to practice in Wisconsin
  • Previous experience in school-based, healthcare, or home health OT settings
  • Strong understanding of pediatric OT, including assessment, intervention, and goal-setting for elementary-aged children
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Energetic, compassionate, and adaptable approach to diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to elementary students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
  • Provide ongoing progress reports and collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure integration of strategies in the classroom
  • Attend after-hours meetings on select weeks to support students’ progress and team collaboration
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with all school and state guidelines
