Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license in Oklahoma, or eligibility to obtain.
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • At least one year of experience working as an OT in a school or pediatric setting (strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with IEPs, goal-setting, and adaptive technology.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with varied needs.
  • Implement innovative therapy interventions to support student engagement and success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to maximize student outcomes.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements.
  • Provide input during IEP meetings and deliver staff or parent training as needed.
