Job Description

Soliant is seeking a qualified and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district near El Sobrante, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to provide essential therapy services to students and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote success in the educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students with various disabilities.

• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to integrate therapy strategies in the classroom.

• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and service logs.

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans.

• Support school teams with training and recommendations for classroom adaptations.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active California Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility)

• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
