Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Active license as an Occupational Therapist
• Eligibility for Illinois state OT licensure (may apply prior to final licensure/degree completion)
• Experience in school-based, teletherapy, home health, or general healthcare OT settings desired
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students, supporting their academic and functional needs within a school context
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with educators, support teams, and families to ensure comprehensive care and positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and comply with regulatory and school requirements
• Participate in student support and multidisciplinary meetings as needed
