Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license
  • Prior experience in school-based, home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy environments
  • Knowledge of pediatric OT evaluations and interventions
  • Ability to provide COTA supervision
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Adaptable to new settings and team environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy to students in-person and via teletherapy, as needed
  • Supervise COTAs and offer clinical guidance
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with professional standards
  • Collaborate with educational teams, students, and families to support positive outcomes
