School Occupational Therapist - Elk Grove, California

You’ll work closely with a caseload of 50 students, offering both direct therapy and consultative support. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to supporting students in both general education and with mild/moderate disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Deliver therapy to students directly and provide consultation to staff and families
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
