Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ growth and success in a dynamic school environment. This full-time position begins August 11th and runs through June 10th, with an option for the 2025-2026 academic year. You’ll play a key role in empowering students and collaborating with passionate educators.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure for Occupational Therapy
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based OT services
  • Comfortable providing services to both general education and mild/moderate student populations
  • Effective at managing a caseload of approximately 50 students, with a mix of direct intervention and consultative support
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive OT services to students, implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student engagement and participation
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation, reports, and progress updates
  • Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings as an expert resource
  • Provide consultative guidance to educational staff on strategies for classroom success
  • Adapt and modify equipment and materials as needed for student access
