What we’re seeking:

  • Current license as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in California
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, teachers, and families
  • Ability to develop and implement tailored intervention plans
  • Understanding of IEP documentation and related compliance requirements
  • Dedication to supporting diverse student needs

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting evaluations to identify students’ occupational therapy needs
  • Developing and executing individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Collaborating closely with educators, support staff, and parents to maximize student growth
  • Providing direct and consultative services to students ages PreK-12
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and participating in IEP meetings
  • Supporting classroom accommodations and student participation across school routines
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development and staying current on best practices
