Desired Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting is highly preferred

• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Familiarity with sensory integration techniques and adaptive equipment is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs for occupational therapy
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educational staff
• Integrate OT interventions into the classroom to promote skill acquisition and student participation
• Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide consultation and training to educators and caregivers for optimal support
• Support students’ fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and adaptive functioning
