What you bring:
• Active OT license, with credentials appropriate for school-based practice
• Experience working with elementary-age students, ideally within a school setting
• Solid understanding of IEPs, assessments, and therapeutic interventions
• Strong collaboration skills for working alongside teachers, support staff, and families
• Enthusiasm for implementing creative, engaging strategies to help students thrive
• Ability to adapt, organize, and prioritize in a dynamic educational environment
• Commitment to professional ethics, ongoing learning, and student-centered care
• Availability for a full-time, onsite contract starting as soon as possible

Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering direct and consultative occupational therapy services to elementary students
• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with educators and parents to promote student success and inclusion
• Participating in IEP meetings, maintaining documentation, and monitoring progress
• Integrating therapeutic goals into daily classroom routines and activities
• Providing training and resources to staff and caregivers as needed
• Staying current with best practices and compliance standards in school-based therapy
