Occupational Therapist (OT) | Elkhart Area | School-Based Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school-based team serving preschool-aged students. This is an onsite opportunity for a clinician passionate about helping young learners build the skills needed for success in the classroom and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to preschool-aged students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and support student success

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite in a school setting

Position Details

• Preschool caseload
• Onsite services required
• Full-time opportunity (40 hours per week)
• Part-time candidates may also be considered
• Immediate start available
• Assignment runs through the end of the school year
