Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid OT license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain by start date)
  • Previous experience or strong interest in working with elementary school-aged children
  • Ability to work onsite and engage collaboratively with education staff and families
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to elementary students in a school-based environment
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting students’ functional needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff on classroom strategies and accommodations
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school protocols
