Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin
• Previous experience providing OT services in K-12 schools or pediatric settings
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently across multiple school sites
• Strong assessment, documentation, and report-writing skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to different school environments

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct therapy services and interventions to students with diverse abilities
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ needs and strengths
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Provide consultation and resources for classroom staff on strategies to support student independence and participation
• Serve as a key advocate for student success across three supportive schools
