Key Qualifications:

• Active OT or COTA license in Maryland
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and special education processes

• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans to support student participation and growth
• Deliver direct and consultative services to students, staff, and families
• Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily classroom activities
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including progress notes and reports for IEP meetings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and development of modifications and accommodations
