What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active and current Occupational Therapy license/certification for the state of Maryland
• Previous school-based experience is highly preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and adolescents across diverse backgrounds
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt therapy approaches within an educational setting
• Willingness to work onsite throughout the school year

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students, addressing their individual needs and IEP goals
• Assess, plan, and implement interventions for K-12 students, adapting therapies to fit a dynamic school environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings as an essential contributor to students’ educational planning
• Foster positive partnerships with teachers, staff, and families
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations for school-based therapy
