School Occupational Therapist - Ellicott City, Maryland

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students in grades 8–12 (ages 13–21) as a dedicated occupational therapist at a vibrant, year-round educational setting near Ellicott City, MD. Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current OT licensure
• Strong background working within school-based settings
• Experience providing OT services to adolescents and young adults with diverse needs
• Solid communication and documentation abilities
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered care
• Ability to attend in-person interviews (onsite only) to tour the school and meet the students prior to accepting the position

Responsibilities:

• Deliver approximately 15–17 hours per week of direct OT services to students
• Provide consultative occupational therapy support to teachers and staff
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on student assessments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaborations
• Dedicate Wednesday afternoons to documentation, meetings, and ongoing professional tasks, following student half days
