We are actively hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time, onsite school-based position supporting a primarily autistic student population in a year-round educational setting. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about working in specialized educational environments and making a meaningful impact with K-12 students.

The district is open to part-time candidates as long as availability includes Thursdays and Fridays.

Position Overview

• Full-Time, Onsite
• K-12 Caseload
• Year-round school setting
• Primarily autistic student population
• Onsite interviews only — candidates will tour the school and population prior to accepting
• Initial 3-month contract with strong potential for permanent placement

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed OT or COTA in Maryland
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for supporting students with diverse learning and developmental needs
