Qualifications:

• Active Maryland OT license required (will consider strong COTA candidates with appropriate credentials)
• Experience in school-based OT preferred, particularly with academic life skills, autism, and communication/behavioral supports
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different school environments and caseloads

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services directly to elementary-aged children (ages 3–5th grade)
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapy plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Work across several schools as needed (final details discussed in interview)
• Utilize district’s strong mentor program for support and ongoing development
