This school-based role serves students in grades 8–12 (ages 13–21), providing you with valuable exposure to diverse educational approaches and the unique needs of older students. Experience growth through collaboration with seasoned school professionals and take part in a year-round program designed to foster lasting student progress. Onsite interviews are required to ensure you connect with the school's mission and population before moving forward, allowing you to make a meaningful, informed decision.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver approximately 15–17 direct service hours per week, including individualized and group therapy.
  • Provide consultative services for teachers and staff.
  • Participate in meetings and professional development on-site.
  • Document progress and maintain detailed records; enjoy Wednesdays’ half-day schedule for administrative work.
  • Engage actively with a multidisciplinary educational team.
  • Commit to a 3-month contract, with potential for permanent placement in a supportive, year-round school environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid OT state licensure (or eligibility).
  • Experience with school-aged populations, especially adolescents (ages 13–21), preferred.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to attend onsite interview prior to offer.
