Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and valid OT state licensure
- Previous school-based occupational therapy experience preferred, especially with K-12 populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students, focusing on individualized educational needs
- Assess, plan, and implement interventions that help students achieve their academic and developmental goals
- Consult with teachers and staff on student progress and adaptations for classroom activities
- Document sessions, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
