Position Overview
We are seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a collaborative educational team serving students across multiple school settings. These opportunities offer flexibility with full-time and part-time schedules and are open to qualified hybrid candidates.
Multiple openings are available supporting elementary and middle school student populations with varying caseload sizes.
Available Positions Full-Time Middle School SLP
- Caseload of approximately 45-50 students
- Services provided across 2 school locations
Full-Time Elementary SLP
- Caseload of approximately 50-55 students
- Services provided across 2 school locations
Part-Time Elementary SLP
- Caseload of approximately 20 students
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in meetings, consultations, and program planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with state and professional guidelines.
Qualifications Required
- Active Kansas Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple educational settings.
Preferred
- Previous school-based experience.
- Experience serving elementary and/or middle school students.
- Familiarity with hybrid service delivery models.
- Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
