Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Active or pending Virginia OT license
• Experience in schools or working with pediatric populations preferred
• Proficiency in fine and gross motor skill interventions
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated adaptability in diverse school-based and teletherapy settings
• COTAs are not being considered for this role

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and direct services to students aged 3–18
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional and academic needs
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and special education staff to support student progress
• Offer reports, documentation, and data-driven insights for IEP meetings
• Engage in both in-person and teletherapy sessions as required
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
