Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure, or proof of application required
  • At least one year of experience working as a school-based Occupational Therapist is preferred
  • Strong skills developing and implementing individualized strategies for students with various needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to school-wide initiatives focused on student engagement

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group occupational therapy to students with diverse needs
  • Conduct thorough assessments to inform goal-setting and intervention planning
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and document progress toward goals
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and adapt interventions for maximum student benefit
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements

Enjoy a consistent schedule of three days per week in a supportive, resource-rich school setting from November 1, 2024 through May 21, 2027.
