What you’ll bring:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric/mild-moderate disability populations
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and delivery
• Purposeful communication and collaboration skills with educators and families
• Flexibility to respond to student needs and school processes
• Comfort working onsite in an academic setting, adhering to a business casual dress code

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate and treat students with a variety of mild and moderate disabilities
• Develop and implement effective IEP goals and progress monitoring strategies
• Coordinate with fellow support staff, teachers, and parents
• Support students’ access to the curriculum and participation in school routines
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Adapt interventions, develop materials, and track extended learning or make-up minutes
• Engage in the interview process by completing a mock IEP and reviewing a sample lesson plan

Hourly compensation is offered in the range of $45 to $60, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
