Occupational Therapist School Setting - Enterprise, AL

As an Occupational Therapist with experience across school, healthcare, and home health settings, you will play a vital role in supporting students’ growth and functional independence. What We're Looking For:

• Current Occupational Therapist license
• Previous experience in school-based OT preferred
• Expertise in home health or healthcare OT is a plus
• Comfortable developing and implementing IEP goals and documentation
• Strong communication skills with students, teachers, and parents
• Ability to adapt interventions to individual needs and learning styles
• Organizational skills to manage caseload and paperwork efficiently

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ abilities and identify individual therapy needs
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide one-on-one or small group therapy for students
• Monitor and document student progress in line with educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff
• Share resources and strategies with caregivers and faculty for classroom and home use
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to team decision-making
• Maintain documentation for compliance and quality standards
