Desired Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid California Occupational Therapist license (required)
  • Prior experience in a school setting or familiarity with pediatric populations

  • Flexibility, creativity, and a positive approach to supporting students’ diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to identify needs impacting their academic performance and independence
  • Create and implement individualized intervention plans in accordance with students’ IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapy techniques into classroom routines and home strategies
  • Maintain detailed records documenting student progress and therapy outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input and recommendations to educational teams
