A skilled Occupational Therapist is needed to support K-12 students in a vibrant school setting located in Estill, South Carolina. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to support student developmental and functional goals.
- Provide direct therapy services within the school setting, addressing sensory, motor, and cognitive challenges.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions through home health visits and teletherapy platforms as appropriate.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy strategies into educational programming.
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and participate in progress monitoring and reporting.
- Promote student independence and inclusion within the classroom and broader school environment.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid for practice in South Carolina.
- Experience working with school-aged children in K-12 settings.
- Proficiency in multiple OT service delivery models including school-based therapy, home health care, healthcare environments, and teletherapy.
