Occupational Therapist School Setting in Eunice, NM

Two dedicated and compassionate OTs are needed for full-time positions serving a vibrant school community near Eunice, NM. Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials appropriate for school-based practice
• Experience in school-based OT, home health, or healthcare environments preferred
• Comfortable adapting therapy techniques to a variety of settings and student needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational teams
• Strong organizational abilities and an innovative, student-centered approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, individualized therapy, and interventions for students with a diverse range of needs
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to develop and implement IEPs
• Deliver OT services in classroom, pull-out, and home-based settings as required
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support student growth and achievement
• Educate and empower families, offering strategies for success in and out of the school environment
• Complete all required documentation efficiently and accurately
