Key Qualifications:

• OT or COTA, licensed and active in California
• For COTAs: strong background and hands-on experience in pediatric settings required
• Ability to start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Provide early intervention services through home visits (2 days per week)
• Deliver pediatric OT services in a clinic setting (3 days per week)
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Document progress and maintain accurate records
