Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain) in Indiana
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
• Dedication to fostering student success and adapting interventions to individual needs
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ unique occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support academic access and daily living skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, staff, and families
• Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide consultation services and strategies for classroom modifications and sensory needs
