Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience as a school-based OT preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities

  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services in classroom and pull-out settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote students’ participation and progress
  • Document services, track student outcomes, and contribute to the IEP process
  • Support a positive, inclusive school climate through assistive technology, task adaptations, and sensory strategies
