Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT licensure in Wyoming, or eligibility to obtain before the contract begins
• Experience in a school-based environment preferred
• Strong understanding of therapeutic practices appropriate for K-12 populations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• A passion for empowering students of all abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Assess individual student needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s academic and functional success
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
• Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to ongoing student evaluations
• Educate students, staff, and families about OT strategies to promote growth and independence
• Attend and contribute to meetings and parent conferences as needed
