Occupational Therapist School Setting - Evansville, WY

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Ability to develop and implement tailored treatment plans
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Perform student evaluations and re-evaluations to assess functional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
• Offer training and consultation for school staff to support classroom integration
• Stay current with industry standards and implement best practices in pediatric OT
