School Occupational Therapist - Everett, Washington

This opportunity is for an Occupational Therapist to provide district-wide support for students ages 3 to 22 within a K-12 school setting in Everett, WA. This full-time, onsite position involves a caseload of approximately 70 students and includes collaboration with an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. The role runs through the current school year and extends into the 2026-2027 school year.

Key responsibilities include delivering occupational therapy services across the district, supporting students’ developmental and educational goals, and working closely with the school team to adapt interventions as needed. While prior school experience is not required, holding a valid Washington State Occupational Therapy license is essential.

Qualifications and experience:

• Valid Washington State OT license
• Ability to manage a caseload of up to 70 students ranging from ages 3 to 22
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with educational staff and a COTA
• Commitment to providing onsite therapy services during the school day
