School Occupational Therapist - Everett, Washington

What you bring:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred, but open to other healthcare backgrounds
• Understanding of IEPs and experience with documentation in educational environments
• Strong collaboration skills to work with students, teachers, families, and related service providers
• Adaptability and compassion for working with diverse student needs

What you’ll do:

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to ESY students’ individual goals and needs
• Assess and document progress, updating plans as necessary in accordance with educational and healthcare guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff to support student success
• Offer therapeutic interventions to improve students' participation in classroom activities and daily living skills
• Communicate effectively with families, providing education and support as needed
