Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid OT licensure for Washington State
• Prior experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP process and relevant documentation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans to address sensory-motor and developmental needs
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to diverse learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions to support student participation in daily school activities
• Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP meetings with clear, concise reporting
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide strategies, modifications, and classroom supports
• Work directly with students individually and in small groups to foster motor, sensory, and self-care independence
• Deliver outreach and education to parents and caregivers regarding therapy techniques and progress
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all federal, state, and school regulations
