This role, located near Everett, WA, begins immediately and is anticipated to run through the end of the school year. You'll support a diverse caseload of 16 students between the ages of 6 and 14, likely working across one middle and one elementary school. Enjoy a consistent, part-time schedule of 18 hours each week, giving you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal commitments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington
  • Previous experience in a school-based OT role or working with children ages 6-14
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Comfort in serving multiple school locations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized OT plans for students on your caseload
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Deliver direct OT interventions in accordance with students’ IEPs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and participate in multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Educate and support staff on strategies to foster student participation in school activities
