Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual student needs
  • Knowledge of IEP process and documentation standards a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ needs and strengths
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans focused on supporting academic and functional success
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy into daily routines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student accommodations
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group formats
  • Educate staff and parents on strategies to support students’ participation and independence
