Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Washington, or eligibility for licensure
• Prior experience working with children or adolescents in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with educators, families, and other related service personnel
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and interpret results to determine students’ needs and progress
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer training and strategies to school staff and families to generalize therapeutic outcomes
• Stay current on best practices and compliance with state and federal regulations
