Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active OT license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience working in school-based settings is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to organize and manage a diverse caseload
  • Commitment to evidence-based interventions and individualized care plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct occupational therapy services to students with varying needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and special education staff to support student achievement and participation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing program development
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with state regulations and district guidelines
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices and innovative therapy strategies
