Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current OT license (or eligibility) in Washington State
  • School-based Occupational Therapy experience is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and families
  • Adaptability and a passion for helping children reach their full potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized occupational therapy assessments and interventions for students
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
  • Educate and support teachers and families on student progress and strategies
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
