Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time contract position with a collaborative school district in Everett, Washington. We are looking for a dedicated OT to join a highly supportive special education team at a K-8 school. We are scheduling interviews immediately.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for functional, fine motor, visual motor, and sensory processing needs for K-8 students.
  
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered occupational therapy goals.
  
• Provide engaging, direct occupational therapy services in individual and small group settings.
  
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team to ensure students can safely and effectively access their educational environment.
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided in compliance with Washington state guidelines.
  

What We're Looking For

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  
• Active Washington Occupational Therapy license (issued by the WA Department of Health) is required.
  
• Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification is required (or eligibility to obtain).
  
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
  
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is preferred but not required.
