What you’ll bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist license
• Experience in school-based OT settings is required
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload of 50+ students with diverse needs

What you’ll do:

• Provide individualized and group OT services to meet students’ educational and developmental goals
• Assess and develop treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique strengths and challenges
• Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to support students’ IEP goals and adapt classroom activities
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer training or advice to staff and families on relevant OT strategies for student success
