Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current California OT license (or eligible for licensure)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in schools
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Understanding of IEP process and documentation
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and families
  • Document progress clearly and maintain appropriate records as required by school and state regulations
  • Attend IEP meetings, provide recommendations, and contribute to students' educational planning
  • Educate staff and families on strategies to support student participation in the school environment

Working in this contract role, you’ll earn between $62 and $68 per hour, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
