Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state.
• Previous experience in school settings is highly preferred.
• Experience or comfort with home health, healthcare OT, and teletherapy modalities.
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, diverse educational environment.
• Passion for supporting students’ physical, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions in classrooms, homes, and via teletherapy as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and other specialists to create and adjust therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Offer consultation and training to school staff and families to support student success across settings.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert insight to interdisciplinary teams.
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student growth and independence.
