Desired Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Ohio
• ODE certification required
• Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Ability to efficiently manage a diverse caseload spanning elementary and middle school grades
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, staff, and families
• Experience supervising COTAs and handling timely evaluations is highly beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations for students, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines
• Oversee and provide guidance for COTA staff
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized interventions to support student success
• Maintain detailed records and collaborate on IEP teams as needed
• Contribute to a positive school environment through strong team relationships
