Position details:
- Two openings available for skilled Occupational Therapists (OTs)
- Assignment starts ASAP and extends through June 2027
- Partner to manage a shared caseload of 59 students (split between the two OTs), ranging from preschool to 8th grade
- Schedule: 6.5 hours per day, 5 days per week
Desired qualifications:
- Active OT license (New Jersey preferred or ability to obtain)
- Experience with school-based OT services is highly valued
- Comfort working with students across a broad age range (P-8)
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions to caseload of students across multiple grade levels
- Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other therapists
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs
