Licensed Elementary School Occupational Therapist - Fallbrook, California

You'll provide essential support across several elementary schools, collaborating with educators and families to help approximately 80 students succeed. Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and current Occupational Therapist license
• Certification as an OT
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school setting
• Strong organizational skills to manage a varied caseload
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Ability to adapt to multiple school environments and work independently

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary students, tailoring interventions to individual and group needs
• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop treatment plans
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare necessary reports
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
• Travel between multiple nearby elementary school sites as needed
